Horrible realtor. Does not listen to the clients.Nathaniel is also a compulsive liar. At no time was anyone threatened verbally or physically. Nathaniel likes to harass clients until they take deals in which they wouldn’t otherwise take. Nathaniel claims he trained employees for a Fortune 500 company. As a realtor, he goes above and beyond most. In my experience, he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about anything we needed to know. And even though we purchased a modest home, he treated us like 5 star clients. I would highly recommend Nate. I give him 5 stars.
Nate, helped us work through 4 homes that we bid on and looked at at least a dozen more on the way to getting our final house. He always communicated with us along the way so we were never left wondering what status we were in. Even though our house cost less than $100,000 he worked like it was worth 500 million. We will continue to work with Nate on all matters real estate.
I've known Nathan since high school. There was no doubt in my mind he would be awesome at whatever he ended up doing in his life, and lo and behold he became a realtor... and ended up being my realtor for my first home purchase. Nathan is incredible at his job. He's a great advocate, a wealth of information, and is tireless in his willingness to help his clients. I would recommend him to anyone. Thanks, friend.
