Nathaniel is fantastic! It took us a few houses, a deployment, and not even being sure that now was the right time. When we found the house that was right for us, we went through challenges with the first lender, and moved on to the second that was arguably worse. Hindsight being 20/20, I should have gone with his recommendation.
