Absolutely love the Doctor. Very calm and patient and really supportive doctors…
Dr. Bales is a wonderful doctor but more importantly, a fantastic human being. He listens and does not rush. My son is autistic and enjoys asking many questions that may seem off-the-wall or annoying to most. Not Dr. Bales. He has all the time in the world for my son, and treats him as a peer. Dr. Bales has cared for all three of our children since they were little, and we couldn’t be happier with his care. He has a wonderful bedside manner, speaks to the kids on their level, and makes them feel heard and comfortable. He takes the time to truly listen to our concerns and never makes us feel rushed or dismissed.
