RecommendedI just got a spray tan yesterday and it looks amazing and I love it! It was quick and easy.
I went in for a spray tan. I haven’t had one in years. Most importantly I haven’t had one since I had kids and my body has changed. I was very nervous and self conscious but Tonya made me feel so comfortable. Thank you Tonya for such a great experience! ☺️

I am sorry you had a bad experience in our salon. I did not see this this until today or would have responded sooner. I would have been glad to address the situation and tried to speak with the stylist to make you happy. If we are not aware of the issue how can we make it right? Social Media is not a place for complaints. This review actually is rating my boutique not the stylist themself. Please know that I am researching the issue. Thank you for your feedback.

Anisha Hickey is the best hairdresser ever. Nathana’s is a very friendly salon and boutique everyone has been very friendly. I give them a 10 out of 10 rating
Very unprofessional. I scheduled an appointment 2 weeks out. She had to order my hair color and the day of my appointment she texted me to tell me she forgot to pick it up. I called to reschedule and she said she had returned to hair color because it was expensive and she would rather I just go somewhere else. Well I will never bother Nathana’s again. I am nee to Brownwood and would NOT recommend this place to anyone moving here.

I am sorry you had a bad experience with Janet Bell. She did explain the situation to me and felt she gave you the best option for your process. We do not carry the line of color you were requesting. Janet did however recommend another Salon in town and had hoped that would work for you. Again we apologize for the inconvenience.
I have had the best experience here with Janet Bell. I have driven from Abilene for about 4 years so that Janet can do my complicated color. She’s the best!!
