We have used Nathan to buy a house then years later, used him to sell it. In both areas he was knowledgeable of the area and stayed on top of the market. When selling our home, Nathan was exceptionally helpful, easy to get a hold of, and worked well with the buyers and other agents. We would definitely recommend him.
I have worked with Nathan on multiple real estate deals. He has always been up front, honest and knowledgeable about the market and also very accommodating when it comes to showings and working with our schedule.
I will not remove my one star review. First, you are forgetting that we bought a “fully renovated” home where your wife was the contractor residing over the project in December 2021. I’ll never forget the night you, the selling realtor, squeezed us for another 10k and gave us an hour to accept or reject the counter offer. I've used Nathan twice in the past 5 years and my brother has used him once. In every case he has been attentive, knowledgable and very generous with his time to get to know us and show us a variety of houses to make sure we were happy with where we ended up. He's not afraid to get his hands dirty quite literally in following the house inspectors and also helping out in getting houses ready to sell.
