Disregarded my need for surgery and gave me the run around to other physicians. Waste of time, I just wanted this procedure not their imput.
Dr Narasimhan is great. Abby on the other hand is rude and consistently interrupts you on the phone while you're trying to understand why they won't resubmit things to your insurance. Thanks for the help Abby, I'll do your job for you.
