They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I love that whenever my child is sick, they get them in right away. I never have to worry that my child will have to suffer while waiting for an appointment. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. Parents in my community don't respect them at all. They are definitely not recommended by any of the parents I know. They are WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked and not always that pleasant. I've never been in there when the waiting rooms weren't packed with a bunch of very aggravated people. They seem to be more concerned about quantity of business over quality. They would not leave me alone, and kept suggesting that I buy products that I felt were completely unnecessary.
