Resolved my issue with the exact outcome I wanted.
DANIEL showed up at my court for eviction and came prepared to defend me. The plaintiffs didn't show up so my case is dismissed for eviction. Until next summons. Daniel was courteous and gave good advice prior to the case going to court. Got eviction notice again and plantif showed up with attorney. I didn't have much to stand on but my word.
