I called several times to request service from Nathan Law and the person who answers, Veronica just denied me the possibility of even considering my case because I requested a small claim service through MetLife Legal. Although MetLife specifically referred me to them and was 100% covered. I repeatedly asked Veronica for the email to forward the information and she repeatedly just denied it and the ONLY option given was to pay out of pocket.
