Nathan is amazing, so glad I found him after several attempts with other psychologists who just didn't work for me. Nathan has many years of experience, and he keeps up to date with the latest therapies and developments in the mental health field, constantly adding to his 'toolkit'. I really like that he used a mix of therapies but without saying "now we're going to use CBT" or whatever - he just uses whatever he feels is needed in the moment, so it just feels like a conversation that flows naturally.
