Didn’t wanna take me because I said I don’t want to do a refraction test today because I have a different situation that I came into the office for I have a pain in my eye and I didn’t wanna do an eye exam so they didn’t wanna take me the staff is not helpful, they’re not friendly, they don’t try to help the patient. I’m a patient of Dr. Klein and he is the most patient person. He fit me for contacts and being that it was my first time wearing contacts, I needed to go back for him to tweak them. I went 3-4 times and he was so patient, welcoming and didn’t give up till they were to my liking. I highly recommend Dr. Klein for all of your optical needs!
My visit with Dr Klein was great. I was having an eye issue and he put me at ease. Answered my questions and was very patient. The staff is also amazing. My husband went to them as well last year for cataract surgery and the entire experience was wonderful. If your looking for a safe place for your eyes I highly recommend them.
