Absolutely, they were an expert! Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? Not at all! They exceeded my expectations Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Does this provider give unbiased advice? Yes Does this provider welcome questions? Yes, they don't mind answering my questions Does this provider treat their staff well? Yes, they treat their staff with respect Does this provider remember you by name? Sometimes, but not always

I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. It was nice to see them treat their staff... read more
