I used this office from 2017-2023. The first 6 years were ok, but I have ran into several problems over the last year which culminated in me leaving this office and State Farm. This agent threw a red flag early, but I dismissed it. He was the first State Farm agent that answered the phone and I set up insurance with him over the phone. He told me he would come out to visit me and my house. He never did. That never sat well with me, but didn't think it was enough to make a big deal over.
