As a first-time homebuyer in Austin, I had a ton of questions... and Nathan was incredible every step of the way. He's a top-notch agent: extremely knowledgeable about all the local neighborhoods, super responsive, and a fantastic communicator. We looked at quite a few places throughout the process, and he was always patient, thorough, and never made me feel rushed. Wow, I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Nathan! He was so professional, yet also incredibly warm and friendly. Nathan’s awesome—seriously, the best realtor we could’ve asked for. He really knows his stuff and put in the work to prove it, even with us being very picky. There's no one else I trust more than Nathan to list a home for us. From the start of the process to the end, Nathan was considerate, prompt, responsive and set great expectations about the home-selling process and what we should expect. He staged and listed our home at a price we were extremely happy with and sold it in a "down market" in less than a week!!! I will only use Nathan for our future real estate transactions. His knowledge of the South Austin market in particular is priceless!
