Dr. Richards listened to my concerns and listened to me explaining the pain that I have been going through. He let me express how frustrated I have been while dealing with the constant pain. Dr. Richards and his administration staff are some of the top notch professionals I have had the pleasure of visiting with and scheduling my surgery and explaining my future procedures so well to me. There was some scheduling coordination to make my appointment happen as Dr Richards moved locations. The office staff between locations were very kind and helpful. I have been to multiple physicians to address the pain I’ve been experiencing the last 2+ years with no success.
