Dr Richards did a surgery on my Esophagus. He didn't understand the problem. I had many test and surgery over almost a year but it didn't resolve the problem. I sent messages over my chart but no response. I understand they may not be a answer to this but I think I deserve a response.

Not a review on Richards per se, but on his office. They received my MRI on April 28th, they "couldn't locate it" so the referring office sent it again. May 1st I called back and they still couldn't find it and instructed me to call a few days later. I called May 5th and the woman on the phone was very rude and was very annoyed that I would be calling. She finally located the MRI and said the doctor would review the MRI and they would call me 2 days later. My next call to their office was on May 11th, they said that the doct... read more

I came to this "doctor", if you can call him that, for help with chronic, severe, abdominal pain(and much more) We talked about all my past medical history extensively, to include 1 bout of gallstone pancreatitis from 2.5 years ago. We also talked about the scans that I've had and how they didn't show the condition I suspected myself of having. So we decided to do a diagnostic nerve block to see if it helped my symptoms, AND if it was a helpful, positive response, then surgery...and you know what?!? The block was a tremendou... read more

Dr. Richards deserves over five stars. It took me a long time to get into see him because he’s very busy. He’s the only Doctor Who specializes in treatment for MALS. Which is a rare Artery compression illness. Living with MALS was extremely difficult and draining mentally and physically. Dr. Richards helped me get my life back. I’m still in the process of healing. It’s a long healing process but there’s been some progress. I couldn’t have done it or gone through this without Dr. Richard’s. He’s very thorough and caring.. he’... read more

Dr. Richards listened to my concerns and listened to me explaining the pain that I have been going through. He let me express how frustrated I have been while dealing with the constant pain. He was very much willing to give me viable options and expressed his concerns with each one. He's definitely a doctor I will recommend to family and friends because he didn't look at me like I had no clue what I was talking about. He listened and then when we came up with a plan together that works for me but that he felt comfortable wit... read more
