I had an absolutely incredible team for my entire stay. The nurses who prepped me for surgery were kind, thorough, & explained everything they were doing to help me feel calm. Dr. Tsu was my anesthesiologist & he is by far the best I’ve ever had! He talked to me like I was a person & made sure I understood what he would be doing throughout the procedure. Dr. Richards is the absolute BEST. He is my miracle doctor who was able to diagnose me with MALS and perform laparoscopic/robotic assisted MALS surgery July 19, 2022. It has now been one year since surgery and I am doing 90% better. Dr. Richards truly cares about each of his patients as an individual. He takes the time to explain in depth any questions you have. I've seen hundreds of doctors and specialists in my lifetime, yet none compare to the professionalism and exceptional bedside manner that Dr. Richards and his staff showed towards me and my family while being treated by him.
