Nick helped me find my first apartment in flushing a few years ago. Given my circumstances at the time, I wouldn’t have been able to find a place as spacious, convenient location wise and practical for my home life if it wasn’t for him. The process was quick! And I was given lots of options before deciding on the perfect one.
I had used Nicolas Gutierrez to help me find a nice apt in queens he was professional and good with his communication I would recommend him if your looking for a new apt
I've never know an agent to lie so boldly! But the icing on it all was asking for my deposit through Zelle he told me he would show me an apartment, then said he was on his way, after waiting an hour, texted to say he found parking, then all of a sudden his "secretary" is there to show the apartment who tells me he was some where else, why lie? He ignored my call twice to then called me after the viewing to ask for me to pay all kinds of fees via zelle to submit my application. I wanted to believe it wasn't a scam so bad bc... read more
Very helpful and very patient
Stay away from this company!! Terrible experience with Nicolas Gutierrez. He comes across as a nice guy but he is not!! Nicolas Gutierrez is a crook. His reviews are not legitimate. He tried to negotiate a pay for a positive review scheme with me which was completely turned down!! This man is also a racist, color should have nothing to do with doing business with someone. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
