Dr. Willis is the most amazing, caring, kind and friendly Dentist. He is very patient with my daughter, makes her feel comfortable, and he is very gentle with her. He went above and beyond after hours on a Sunday to make sure my daughter had antibiotics. Lisa is a very sweet hygienist and she does an amazing job cleaning your teeth gently. Kimberly, the RDA is also very kind, sweet and has went above and beyond to help me. If you’re looking for a wonderful family Dentist office, please go here. ❤️❤️

I recently just started taking my 3 teenage daughters to this dentistry about 2 months ago, due to many bad experiences and screw ups from their previous dentistry known as Watuaga Dental Associates in Kingsport next to P and S Pharmacy. The office staff was so sweet, attentive, and extremely quick about getting my girls in with an appointment within 2 weeks!!!! Excellent practice. Dr. Shipley is superb, and Jane did an excellent job on my teeth.
Dr. Brandon was absolutely amazing with my 8 year old granddaughter! She has a terrible fear of dentists due to a previous bad experience (not here). He made her a pinkie promise that he would never lie to her about what he was going to do while installing a spacer and doing a filling. He told her before he did anything and he showed her every tool. She left smiling! She told everyone all day how she went to the dentist and wasn't scared!
Best dental experience ever, highly recommend.
