worst customer service ever – These people have no idea what customer service is! They have never heard of "the customer is always right" or even 'be polite and courteuos to your customers'. I will never shop there again and will tell everyone NOT to go there! What a horrible, terrible, stressful experience that was needlessly drawn out for weeks and weeks.
