Literally the worst doctor I think our family has ever experienced. My wife had an infection in her eye that Crouch diagnosed as, “You’re just getting old.” She actually needed a steroid for the infection which another eye doctor soft with one visit. Another time my wife had a small object she couldn’t get out of her eye. That five minute visit cost us $1200 out of pocket. If want help and dot want to get taken, go somewhere else.
Nathan Crouch failed to recognize top ten signs of macular degeneration. He also refused to refer his patient, who was going blind in one eye over the course of months in his direct care, to the medical eye doctors (Dr. Crouch is only certified as an optometrist NOT an opthalmologist) in his own office to take a gold standard retinal imaging test (available just down the hall) that would have identified what was causing his patient to rapidly lose vision.
