As far as renting a duplex/town home goes, Nath Company is THE WORST property management company Ive had to deal with. I was lied to during the lease signing and then they were IMPOSSIBLE to get a hold of when you had problems. They do not provide any of the basics, something as simple as a rent drop box, they didnt provide us with a move-in checklist after saying they would numerous times, they didnt give us any instructions for the move-out procedure like turning in keys, walk-through, forwarding address for deposit...I ha... read more
