I'm surprised to see negative reviews for Nate's, because both times I've been here my experience has been very positive. Love that they do double shots for every latte, personally I love strong coffee and Nate's has good quality beans. The pastries are also great, I recommend the churro bar and spicy sausage kolache. For people complaining about price: if you've never worked in the service industry, you just don't understand how expensive it is to run a cafe or restaurant. Their biscuits and coffee were both amazing, and the service was very welcoming.
I can’t say enough good things about Nate’s and the people who work there. My friend and I had an uncomfortable situation occur and Susan, the owner, truly went above and beyond to make sure we felt safe, comfortable, and taken care of. The way she handled everything meant so much to us and really says a lot about the kind of person she is and the environment she’s created at Nate’s.
