Would highly recommend Malcolm to anyone buying a house! He was persistent when I was disheartened by a couple of unsuccessful offers, and ultimately I believe that persistence in working with the sellers’ agent is what led to my accepted offer. I don’t think I would be in the house I’m in now if he hadn’t been diligent in his follow-ups with the sellers!
