Nate was incredibly helpful to us in both the sale of our house and buying of a new home. He stayed on top of both transactions: with a sewer problem at the home we were selling to get a fair and honest price for the work that needed to be done in order for the sale to go through. I was referred to Nate from an old co-worker that did business with him. She mentioned how laid back, knowledgeable and responsive he was in dealing with her. After working with him, I must say that all of that was true and then some. He really knows how to negotiate and knows the local Portland area well. He always answered my emails the same day (mostly within the hour) and was great to work with. I would highly recommend him to anyone wanting to buy or sell their home.
It was a pleasure working with Nate. He is very knowledgable about the area and what prices should be. Throughout the process it was easy to get ahold of him and he did a great job working within our budget. Nate was very responsive and prepared. I looked through all the homes on Realtor.com that could possibly meet me needs while I was still selling my house in Montana. I had it narrowed down to 5 houses I wanted to tour the weekend before I drove out. By Monday 3 of them were already sold.
