I would highly recommend Nate. He was so easy to work with and flexible with our schedule. He even made sure we got to take a second look at the house we wanted after a day of looking, just so we could be comfortable with our decision. He went out of his way to make us feel confident and informed. He did a great job of showing a variety of homes in the price range and areas we asked. He also sold our condo we had been living in. He got us more than we had hoped for. He made it fast and easy.

Nate is outstanding! I still refer people to him whenever they mention they are thinking about buying or selling their home. He is very responsive and excellent about following up on his commitments. I am confident that we will use him again when we start looking for our permanent home, because I know that he genuinely has our best interests at heart. Simply outstanding.

I can't say enough good things about Nate. I am a first time home buyer, with LOTS of questions. Nate was extremely patient and thorough. He answered all of my questions quickly and accurately. He was easy to get a hold of, usually answering phone calls or texts immediately. He worked diligently to find me a home that matched my (extensive) requirements and stayed within budget. He even went so far as to help me fix a leaky shower the day after I moved in! I highly recommend Nate to anyone looking to buy or sell!

I found Nate through a listing that he was working to sell and decided to work with him after discussing my options for the possibility of purchasing said listing. It was already pending an offer, so we worked together to identify what my goals were. I was a first time home buyer, and pretty nervous. Nate is by far the most enjoyable and dedicated person to work with. He sold my house very well, the price was better than I expected. He also helped me to find my new home, in a better neighborhood. The whole process was very well conducted and everything went smoothly. I highly recommend Nate and his team. You will not regret working with him.
