They came out the same day as I called for service and Mike *. was very nice and professional. He did an amazing job and explained everything thoroughly to me.
The AC was not fixed the first time, had to come back a second time. I suggested it needed a charge the first time, and the second time, that's what they did. I like this company but this error was avoidable.
The Champion technicians did a FANTASTIC job installing my two air conditioners and I would recommend them to everyone who needs a new air conditioner. Thank you all so much

Jaime was respectful and patient in terms of explaining the a/c options that were available to me. He was honest and without the upsell. He even managed to get an install scheduled the very next day. Great customer service. Definitely lived up to "The Champion Way!"
