The Atchley technicians Randy and Josh replaced the indoor coil on our air conditioning unit this morning and performed in a very professional manner. They were on time, followed all COVID-19 protocol, and cleaned up afterwards. This the second time I've had Atchley repair a unit and was just as pleased this time. Great job guys.

Overall, I'm happy with the service I have gotten from Atchley. They are very detailed with their work, for the most part. The only potential issue I have is that I don't think all their technicians are of the same quality. We have had 3 different technicians over the last 2 years. The first one was amazing and we had no problems. The second one came 3 months ago, said everything was good, but I just had another technician come out due to an air issue, and he said we were 2 lbs low on Freon and there was such a minor leak th... read more
