So on Friday, July 18th, 2025, at 9:50 AM, I arrived at Natchaug Hospital—Quinebaug Treatment Center for Mental Health Services in Killingly, Connecticut. As soon as I came in, “NICOLE” confiscated my bag. I pleaded with her, I needed my bag because it had my medications and my water, and also my fruits and Ensure that I needed. I told her I don’t want to drink the water from the 5-gallon container. I don’t trust it because it’s not sealed, and it can be tampered with because it’s not monitored 24/7. Lazy and ludicrously expensive. Didn't learn anything here but was slapped with a $500 bill for just a single day. Counselor couldn't print out information copy-pasted from the Internet or read it properly, barely seemed able to think well himself, and seemed to have no idea what I was going through mentally and emotionally. He even bullied and teased me, not a good thing to do to people in mental crisis. They even started limiting the number of snacks and drinks we would get during breaks.
