I am ready to report this office. They are incompetent and negligent. My mother has not had insulin for 2 weeks because the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing or they just don't care. If I don't call and ride them EVERYDAY, nothing gets done. Return calls are promised but never made. I don't think they have called me back 1 single time. BEWARE!! Upon trying to find a new primary care physician, I met with Dr. Gupta. I really liked her for the 30 minutes that I met with her. Note that NO NEW prescriptions were written nor was I sick at that visit. I am billed $645 for my visit and $335 for my check up. They did not provide a good faith estimate and now I’m on the hook for close to $1000. I have been fighting this with the billing office but clearly the billing manager in the office itself has fraudulently coded and billed me. FRAUD consistently wins out but ... read more
