BEWARE!! Upon trying to find a new primary care physician, I met with Dr. Gupta. I really liked her for the 30 minutes that I met with her. Note that NO NEW prescriptions were written nor was I sick at that visit. I am billed $645 for my visit and $335 for my check up. They did not provide a good faith estimate and now I’m on the hook for close to $1000. I love Dr. Gupta! She’s very attentive and makes appointments with her super easy.
After 2 errors on a referral made through Dr. Gupta’s office, I was denied insurance coverage due to those errors. Dr Gupta has been non responsive and as of this writing still has not responded to my calls or email requesting her assistance to correct their errors. Non responsive, no return calls, poor communication (if any from her) and a general lack of care has been my recent experience with Dr. Gupta. My need for a responsive physician has not been met by this physician.
Dr. Gupta is by far one of the best physicians I have had. She is efficient, kind and easy to talk to. I appreciate her friendly and helpful staff as well!
She is very caring and very knowledgeable!
