Dr.Borsellino is very condescending and refuses to properly tend to her patients. I have to send multiple messages via the portal center in order to get her to finally respond. I requested that she complete my accommodation paperwork for my job( which I have updated yearly), she refused to do so. My diagnosis has been on file for the last five years, and a copy of the forms previously completed by my previous Dr are in my chart already. Dr. Borsellino is a truly exceptional primary care physician. She is incredibly attentive, taking the time to listen to all your concerns with genuine care. Her impressive knowledge shines through as she explains medical concepts in an accessible way, empowering you to make informed decisions about your health. Dr. Borsellino is more than just a doctor; she is a partner in my health journey. Her warmth and dedication make her one of a kind, and I feel fortunate to have her as my PCP!
Dr Borscellino has been my PCP for several years. She made such a great effort at building a solid relationship with me my first several appointments and advocated for me to other referral providers when I needed it. As a patient with complicated health and medical trauma, she listens and also makes sure that she is honest with me about her concerns and recommends treatment plans that start with the least invasive or challenging things.
