My entire experience was great. I had a recurring pain in my back related to working at a computer for ridiculous amounts of time everyday. After only a handful of sessions, my pain was gone. Even better it hasn't returned. I am not sure how this is possible, but her techniques must include a bit of magic.
Not only do I have Norianna (owner of Natana Somatics) take care of my body's need for good, effective pain relief and massage, but my partner and I, who own two yoga studios, have her take care of the needs of our athletes and students. Nori is amazing with gently bringing the body to balance itself. Thru her knowledge of somatics, I was able to feel in my back what multiple visits to a massage therapist could not fix. She is a natural healer, proving that the most powerful healing is made most profound thru subtlety.
