Natalya Kazantseva was so helpful with every part of looking for a house. If we had questions she was the one with the answers. She helped with getting a inspector and quotes for things that needed to be fixed for great prices. She is very helpful with closing. Natalya made a stressful process as a first time home buyer so much easier for me by being extremely knowledgeable and caring during this process. Not only did she negotiate a rate buy down to save me so much money, she also negotiated a fix to several inspection items that would have been costly.
