Great staff, great doctor. The staff greeted me as I walked In. Friendly and welcoming. Doctor was informative, knew exactly what I needed And answered all my questions and concerns.
I had an early morning appointment. I was taken in before my appointed hour, and my needs were met swiftly. Granted, my case was a simple one, per my own diagnosis. Nonetheless, I recommend Dr. Singer and the Bone & Joint Center. I have also had both shoulders operated on, the first of which was difficult in my particular case, for rotator cuff repair at the Albany Bone & Joint Center by Dr. Shankar Das - superb!
Dr. Singer and her nurse/assistant Melissa have always been very personal, friendly, compassionate, professional, and caring. I wish I could say that for all the physicians and their staff that I’ve seen in my lifetime. Thank you so very much!!!
