I had written a previous review but the app was not allowing me to write a new one. I had stated that I was “scolded” for being late. It has been a year or so since the last review, and service has been much better. I am happy to report that the level of professionalism has increased. Just wanted to circle back and I wish my original post had not been deleted. In any case, I am increasing my stats as they are well deserved.
absolutely love the experience and service I receive here. Regina, the nail technician, and Maggie, the manager, both go above and beyond every single time. They’re attentive, professional, and truly care about their clients. The salon is always spotless, uses high-quality tools, and has an amazing selection of colors to choose from. I always leave feeling taken care of and happy with my nails. Highly recommend!
I visited this salon and had a great experience with my nail technician, Regina, who was wonderful. However, another technician, Jenny, made a scene about me quietly talking on the phone and even involved another customer to tell me to hang up. It was embarrassing, unprofessional, and completely unnecessary. A nail appointment is a time to relax and be calm, but instead the environment felt stressful and confrontational. look at how I am getting ready for halloween. I came for nails design.I love the color collection they have for autumn. I also love everything in this salon. New stuff, nice people, beautiful nails design and great service. Will absolutely be back for nails work. Love it
