Went in yesterday for a mini mani and pedi and it was such a lovely experience. The staff are warm and welcoming, and they take their time with you — nobody is rushing you out the door. The nail work itself is excellent. Clean, careful, beautifully done. My hands and feet have never looked better. And the prices are so reasonable, especially for Los Gatos. I was pleasantly surprised. There's a parking lot, which makes the whole thing easy. Highly recommend — I'll definitely be back.
Their services are really expensive for what I received but the massage was really nice. My disability tends to cause me speak louder (never yelling) but I was told I need to be quiet and it was very embarrassing for me. I was there to spend time with my SIL, if I knew of their quiet policy I wouldn’t have gone here. I was pressured by the manicurist to get gels after explaining multiple times I don’t want gels. I will not be going back.
Alice and Anna did an excellent job !! I sadly came in last minute and I was scared the service would be rushed but it was completely the opposite! They took their time and dedication to work with my difficult nails!
Best place in Los Gatos for a pedicure. I'm a guy so I skip the manicure, but honestly such a nice spot with really friendly staff — I always end up leaving a big tip. Says it all!
