They didn’t do what I wanted. They were not focused on their jobs and did a mediocre job. The people working there were constantly chatting and talking about customers in a non-English language.
This salon is truly amazing! I walked in with an awful manicure I had gotten from another salon, and they took one look and knew exactly what I wanted and how to help. They were so kind and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I walked out happier than ever with my nails. Tiffany worked true magic, she is absolutely incredible! Highly, highly recommend
I usually receive good customer service here but I went there late and was “scolded” as if I had missed a doctors appointment. As punishment I was told I had to come back in 2 hours. I only needed to take off my gel polish and nothing else. It would have taken them 10 minutes to do. That day my total cost of service would have been like max 20. My normal spot for mani/pedis closed, so I tried La Orquidea and I will forever go here moving forward. Great service with a "rapid" option even for gel, that was high quality and fast.
