Dr. Edgar is wonderful. My wife and I always enjoy our appointments with her and the staff. There is also someone that especially stands out with exemplary service when we travel to Colorado Springs. His name is CHAD. He is the first person that sees us when we enter the building when we arrive for our appointments. Chad is always cheerful, knowledgeable and genuine! So probably no fault of Dr. Edgar's, I had a rough experience that folks should be aware of. I saw Dr. Edgar last year for a rash and she was able to take care of it lickity-split. I've since had another issue, scheduled 3 months out and while driving to the appointment (Jan 2nd) I got a voicemail that she was out sick that day. The only re-schedule option was 3 months later. Dr Edgar is a delightful young woman. She is so efficient and professional at the same time.
Dr. Edgar is like all Kaiser physicians. She sticks to the allotted 10 minutes allowed with the patient. She is a prescribing doc for my autoimmune medication. She has treated me like a recalcitrant child in regards to testing for my meds. When I have the required tests done, she claims to never have received them. Even when the tests were done in house and she was included in the list of physicians, she has claimed to not see them. The tests are LITERALLY in my chart. I have read them there. All staff, and most especially, Dr Edgar were friendly & professional. The Dr truly made me feel at ease during my exam and answered all questions clearly and patiently.
