I mistakenly made an appointment with Dr. Galanina, (Hematologist Oncologist) when I only needed to see a Hematologist. She very politely explained that to me and then proceeded to give me all the time, questions and answers I was looking for. Ran bloodwork and did find something potentially concerning that required addition bloodwork. I appreciate her professionalism, and patients, very much. Excellent practice all around!
