I was scheduled for an appointment a month in advance. I was called the week of my appointment and was told I had to reschedule due to a family commitment. I went to the rescheduled appointment where I received my treatment 2 weeks later. I a follow-up appointment to go back in 6 weeks and again was told I had to reschedule due to another family commitment. Getting me back in a week later was a huge inconvenience on may part just so I could accommodate her schedule.
