Dr. Natalie Cook is the finest doctor that I’ve ever had the good fortune to meet. When I've asked for an appointment, she has clearly reviewed my records before entering the exam room. Her questions are direct and she answers mine clearly and completely. She’s very efficient but always gives me all the time and assistance that I need. She summarizes medications, lab requirements, and treatment plans before asking if there is anything else we need to discuss. I feel so fortunate to be a patient of hers. She is the best!
Dr Cook always listens to my concerns. She explains everything in great detail. I never feel that she rushes my appointment. The office staff is super friendly and very accommodating. I have never waited any length of time for my appointment either with Dr Cook or with the lab.
I feel better right away with the confidence that they know what they're doing. Which in the world these days, can be a rare feeling.
