I switched to State Farm years ago. It was so nice to finally receive personal service. It had been years since we had an agent we could actually speak to and not just a general customer service representative. At State Farm we ALWAYS speak to someone local and they always take their time to give us the answers we need. We also ended up saving, which is awesome! Any questions that I have are always responded to promptly.

Been with this office since it was it was Ellen Anderson, so we are talking decades. We have several vehicles and our homeowners with them Claims over the years are very far and few. Just got a new vehicle that is not a lease or bank titled straight out own and our rates just keep going up. The one person everyone is negatively commenting about is brassy, but does the job.
