She was kind and affable, but sadly I didn’t feel like I got more insight into my physical condition than an Internet search would have offered me.
I brought Leah in for a well child check. Natalia was very thorough and very personable. We love her
Very knowledgeable. Great bedside manner . Let me explain what was going on and did not pass judgement. On my newest visit everything was great. My only complaint is when the ma walked out I could hear her and the medical student and the DR in the hallway discussing my test results very loudly . To me this should be done in an office and not the hallway where people can hear to me that is unprofessional.
I have been going to Westside since I was a child, nearly 40 years. I am unfortunately in the doctor's office fairly regularly to manage chronic illnesses and have experience with many of the providers here. I really like Natalia. She's very personable, great bedside manner. Thinking of making her my PCP; she is one of the best they have.
