I had an appt at 2:00. I understand I was late, but when it takes over 40 minutes to be taken back. Then the nurse did great and got my vitals. She took down all the symptoms. Then I sat in the room for over 30 minutes. Another nurse came in and asked me more questions. We determined to complete a urine sample and that took another 10 to 15 min. Natalia was great! Very personable. She addressed my symptoms & prescribed me medication for it. She also administered a cortisone shot & was one of the easiest ones I’ve ever been given
