I have never done yoga before. When I came to Natal to Nest to seek a safe activity for while I am pregnant as one of my friends suggested, I found a very friendly peaceful place. I work a desk job and after a full day of sitting I go to yoga and after the class usually feel less tired and relaxed and all my aches and pains are gone.
