I had an amazing prenatal yoga session here, as did my 3 year old son! I'll definitely be returning. :)
So grateful for this place! They support women during fertility and conceiving, during pregnancy and during family planning. They also have doula services, breastfeeding support, massage, as well as pre and post natal fitness! Amazing place with amazing women! So grateful it's in my area!
I could not have asked for a better place to be during my pregnancy. They help you in every way and offer support that you won't find anywhere else. When my son was born they were so excited and welcomed us back to mom and baby yoga. He loves the child care they offer while I practice solo but I really love practicing with him. Thank you Stacy and Kim for all your support.
Love Mommy and Me yoga. We have been coming for the past 6 weeks and its perfect to connect with baby and relieve stress :)
