RecommendedGreat customer service and care. Got great quote on house and two car policies.
I haven't had such luck with this agent. They never managed to even spell my name right and after less than a week I canceled my service. This was mainly due to a lack of response / customer service from the agent. I had to request a refund. Shouldn't that automatically happen? Now it looks like they have shorted me on my home & auto policy refund. State Farm customer service is no help, they continue referring me to this agent. I would never recommend anyone use this agent or State Farm.
