Was referred to Imad by my primary care doctor for stomach problems in the beginning of March. After calling his office several times I finally was scheduled today 4-25-17 at 1:50 p.m. I arrived at 1:35 p.m. with all the necessary intake paperwork filled out as requested. Finally at 2:45 p.m. I gave up on ever getting in to see the doctor at 2:45 p.m. I would think if your office is running 55 minutes late someone might tell the patient that is the case. Zero communication from anyone.
Dr. Nassif explained everything very well, did not rush and answered questions patiently and thoroughly. He even came in after the procedures to check on me and wish me well.
