Nice people, but it takes forever to get an appointment. I am a Kaiser member. It takes two weeks to get an emergency appointment. A regular appointment to get any work done 2-3 months out. So if you have cavity it will be far worse by the time of your appointment. Emergency you would think would be quicker than that. They also charge more for co-pay for an emergency,which I would not have a problem with if they treated as an emergency and got you within a couple days.Hopefully I don't need emergency medical attention. Had my dental plan for no more than two months and I chose this location since it's closer to work. I had my first appointment and after that the staff scheduled me out for the next two weeks. Half way toward my treatment plan which includes cleaning, x-rays, and consult, the front desk told me that I have to pay out of pocket since my benefit has been exhausted.
