The best shipyard in the west coast.
Staff are encouraged to continually improve through on the job training, initiatives to improve processes and save costs, and collaboration. Many people seem to stay here for a long time, able t move across departments and upward as well. Benefits are good, work environment is positive, and there is a lot to get done! It's a mix of different roles, experience, and backgrounds.
