After waiting 2 hours for dating sonogram appointment for my pregnant wife for first time. Sonogram front desk lady “Judy as she said her name” ask for Insurence compay authorization. I went back to woman clinic to speak with doctor and RN Cindy help me to call insurance ; after an hour , she found that fist 4 sonogram doesn’t need authorization .Then ,nurse tried to call sonogram facility for more than 10 times , but she did not receive the call.
