Took my dog there for a possible urinary tract infection, when they said they needed urine sample I asked for the collection cup, they then brought my dog into the back to take blood and when they came out they said they got the urine too. What they did was puncture her bladder with a needle, a completely unauthorized surgical procedure that was totally unnecessary and for which I was charged a fortune, my advice don't let your dog out of your site and make sure you get a clear explanation of everything they plan on doing
LOVE the staff here!!! Dr. Tanaka was very friendly, very thorough and informative. They give you different options to work with and takes the time to go over everything with you. The staff here treats your pet like their own ❤️

The vet that I see for my cats is Dr. Polhinke. He and his staff (when they were Bethpage Animal Hospital) always treated the pets and their owners with the utmost respect.
