Best Endodontic office ever. Dr Einbender is calming and so professional. Office is updated and lovely. If you need an endo, Dr Einbender is the one to see!
So far I so good, first vist went smoothly and professional. Staff are efficient bit cool than other offices but they are professional. Office clean. Instrument opened in front of me I liked that. Electronic record keeping. Procedure explained and follow up given in writing. They call scripts into the pharmacy which is a great plus. I'll see how follow and billing goes.
Worst, and most unprofessional service provider we've every experienced. Did a root canal on the wrong tooth for my wife, and then tried to blame her for their screw-up. After two months of doing procedures on her, she's now in worse pain than before...then told her to go somewhere else...I guess we don't fit the profile.
