Rent great price, no parking in ur building overall alright
Literally today a young kid smoking weed at the bottom of the stairs. I asked him did he live at this building and he said no, so I then asked why don't you smoke at your building we have children here playing. And thankfully he was respectful and relocated but I mean who does that. And they really need to have the security gate fixed in the front not just where it's open but where it opens and closes and gives us a sense of more security. I've been here for a relatively short time. But I must definitely say that the office staff (Tabrisha and Marlina) are very professional and communicative. The Maintenace staff (Edwin and Jesus) are always on time. Not to mention they do an excellent job with repairs. It's not luck. I believe it's the Nassau Bay standard.
