I have lived in the complex for a few years. It’s had many issues. Washing machines broken for months, things didn’t get fixed when they should have but the new property management and manager has been making strides to fix items, clean the property and is very open with communication. I’m excited to see how things progress under new leadership.
I can’t rate the actual apartments since nobody has responded to my calls or messages for WEEKS! Even when I’ve been told by a resident that the current manager is just sitting in the office doing nothing! They are clearly advertising affordable housing units on Zillow. If the waitlist is full, they should not be advertised!
I've been trying to apply for weeks...this property is listed on Zillow and nobody responds to calls or voicemails! How can I apply?? Please reach out!
Greg is one of the best maintenance guys. He helps out even when he is in the middle of other jobs and he fixes it right!
