I give her 4 because I have only had one appointment, if I have more and I'm content I will move up to 5. She's very straight to the point, and through. If you are looking for emotional compassion she may not be for you,saw some of the reviews,she has a military background, she is a bit tough, doesn't mean she doesn't care.
