My family and I switched our primary care doctor due to him retiring. Our daughter told us about how great Dr. Nason and staff was and it’s been such a great experience having the Doctors, PA, etc actually listen to you and then diagnose! All of them are a blessing and thank you all for such great services!
This is, without a doubt, one of the most disgracefully mismanaged healthcare facilities I have ever encountered. I have been sitting in the lobby for over an hour with absolutely no communication, no update, and no apparent concern from the NasonCare staff. The level of disregard for patients’ time is both unprofessional and inexcusable. With full honesty, very unprofessional. First time here the wait was over an hour. The whole entire time waiting in the lobby the receptionist gossiped about their own coworkers the whole time very loudly to the point everyone in the room could hear. Scheduled a 2nd appointment to come back 3 weeks later. My job only allows me to request off or asked for a specific time to leave two weeks in advanced and I had did so because I scheduled my appointment so I had already had my plans set so l would be able to come to my schedul... read more
