Don't go here if you don't have to. I went here for a burn wound and they didn't bandage it properly; the put gauze directly on top of the cream, rather than putting a sterile bandage pad over the wound to protect it, and now I have an infection. Also terrible bedside manner; note to the PAs here: if there's only a curtain separating you from the patient, they can probably hear you talking about them.
The staff was friendly, attentive, and fast. I had already been to a different Urgent Care facility earlier in the week and they were absolutely no help at all. I waked into Nason Medical Center and was seen immediately and taken seriously. I had to speak with two nurses, a doctor, and an x-ray technician who were all nothing but lovely to me. I was out of the facility within 30 minutes with medication to help me pass this kidney stone! If I ever need fast medical attention again I know where to go!
Saw a PA with 2 trainees instead of a doctor. I definitely paid to see a doctor so I should have been asked if I was ok with seeing a PA. She didn't even do a full exam, I was complaining of sinus pain and she didn't even touch my face or look in the nose. Maybe lack of experience, but any other urgent care I have been to will do a FULL exam no matter what the symptoms. Paid over $120 out of pocket with insurance after all of the test they requested. Will not go back to this urgent care.
We had a great experience here. My 80 year old mother ate something that made her violently ill (vomited MANY times - she does this from time to time) so rather than let her recover on her own we took her for injectable nausea meds and fluids. They met us at the door with a wheelchair because she was so weak she was having to be supported. So there was really no wait.
